The Autumn Ridge subdivision began with its first phase of construction in 1994 with homes along Wild Cherry Ridge West, off of Fulmer.Ī second phase to the east was platted, but never built, and that phase included the construction of a new road, Falling Oak Drive, that would run north-south from Fulmer and would include some 32 home sites.Ī third phase in 2006 included new homes on Wild Cherry Ridge West, to the north. The Common Council will get final consideration.Īlong with a currently undeveloped phase for some 32 lots that was approved in 2000, the subdivision stands to see future construction of another 87 homes for a total of 120 homes once it is complete. Two more phases of the Autumn Ridge subdivision, north of Fulmer Road, got favorable recommendations last week from the Plan Commission.
